Guaranteed 2-Day Shipping

We ship all orders received Monday through Friday before 5:00 P.M. (EST) within two business days. Please allow up to 5 additional days to receive your order. Your order will ship via the United States Postal Service.

If you need your order on or by a specific date, please email us at sales@maryelizabethgifts.com, and we will try our best to make it happen! We ship via USPS within the United States only. We may ship gifts using another carrier, with or without notice.

Returns

All gift baskets are assembled personally for you at the time you place your order. As a result, all sales are final and non-returnable. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at sales@maryelizabethgifts.com.

Replacement of Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note: Products and packaging may shift in transport, and this is not considered a damage or defect. If seven days have gone by since you received your package, we can not offer a refund or exchange for the damaged items. Please send us an email at sales@maryelizabethgifts.com, and be sure to include your order number and a photo of the damaged items, so we can replace them accordingly.
